Ingredients of Pav Bhaji

âž¡1 tsp. Oil 

âž¡4 large, coarsely cut butter cubes

âž¡1 cup chopped onion 

âž¡1 tsp Ginger-garlic paste, 

➡one teaspoon ½ cup finely chopped Lauki

âž¡chopped 1/2 cup capsicum

âž¡1 cup diced potatoes

âž¡1/2 cup finely chopped beetroot

âž¡Salt, two teaspoons

âž¡Pav bhaji masala, 3 tsp.

âž¡1 teaspoon red pepper flakes

âž¡half cup pureed tomatoes

âž¡1 Butter cube 

âž¡1 bunch of coriander leaves


For Pav:

âž¡Butter

How To Make Pav Bhaji

1. Heat oil in a pan. Combine the onion with the butter pieces.


2. Add the ginger-garlic paste after sautéing till golden brown. Mix well.


3. Next, add a cup of diced potatoes and stir thoroughly before adding the lauki and coriander.


4. Combine the mashed mixture with the diced beets, salt, red chilli powder, and pav bhaji masala. Mix well.


5. Now incorporate the tomato puree. After completely combining the tomato puree with the butter and coriander leaves, add the mixture to the cooked bhaaji. Completely combine.


For Pav:

1. Butter the Pav thoroughly.


2. Sprinkle it with pav bhaji masala


3. Continue to toast it on the pan until it turns golden brown.


4. Serve hot with a wedge of lemon, some finely minced onion, and some green chilies.
