These Grilled chicken burgers are my favorite since they are flavorful, mouthwatering, and healthful. To minimize preparation time, I like to make the seasoning first thing in the morning with the ingredients I always have on hand.Seasoning for Grilled Chicken Burgers:

- Chili Powder
- Garlic Powder
- Onion Powder
- Cumin
- Oregano
- Salt & Pepper
How to make Grilled Chicken Burgers:
- Apply oil to the chicken breast halves.
- Combine seasonings.
- On both sides, season chicken pieces.
- Grill.
- If you'd like, top with cheese, lettuce, onion, mashed avocado, or any other toppings.
Tips for grilling chicken breasts:
Clean the grill. Use a wire grill brush to scrub the grates clean of any food residue after turning the grill to high heat and giving it some time to get hot.Oil the grates. Spread oil over the heated grates using a paper towel that has been gently greased. (Hold the paper towel with tongs)
Let the grill get HOT. Avoid loading the grill with food before it is hot. To cook rapidly and preserve moisture, we want to grill our chicken breasts over medium-high heat.
Don’t overcook. Cooking time for chicken breast halves should be 3 to 4 minutes on each side. To check if the chicken is done, use tongs or your finger; if it feels spongy, it needs extra time to cook.

- 4 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
- Olive Oil, 1 Tablespoon
- Chili Powder, two teaspoons
- 1 teaspoon of minced garlic
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- Oregano, half a teaspoon
- Black pepper, half a teaspoon
- 0.5 teaspoons of salt
Chicken Burger Toppings:
- mashed, peeled, and seeded one large avocado
- 4 slices of provolone cheese or your preferred variety
- thinly sliced half of a red onion
- 4 leafy green lettuce leaves that have been cleaned and dried
- Burger buns, four
Instructions
- Spices should be combined. Sprinkle salt on both sides of the chicken and lightly oil the chicken breast halves.
- Grill grates must be ready, clean, and gently oiled. Heat the grill to a medium-high setting.
- Cook the chicken until thoroughly cooked for 3 to 5 minutes on each side once it is heated. Remember that the chicken will continue to cook a little even after it has been taken off the grill and take care not to overcook it.
- While you get the burger toppings ready, cover with tin foil to let it rest. If desired, add a little lemon juice to the mashed avocado in a bowl to prevent browning.
