Ingredients


2 cups Basmati-Rice

3/4kg Chicken pieces

Onion 3 enormous, cut

1 cup Yogurt

1 tsp Ginger paste

1/2 tsp Garlic paste

1 tsp Green chili paste

1/2 cup Tomato puree

2 tsp Red chili powder

1 tsp Turmeric powder

1 tsp Cumin powder (cooked)

1/2 tsp Cardamom powder

2 tsp Garam masala powder

1/2 cup Milk

A squeeze Saffron

1 tsp Coriander powder

Green coriander leaves 2 tbsp, cleaved

Water 3 1/2 cups

7 tbsp Oil

Salt as required

 

Method


1. Make a combination with tomato yogurt, puree, green chili, ginger garlic paste, red chili powder, cooked cumin powder, turmeric powder, garam masala powder, coriander powder, and salt.

2. Take the chicken and marinate it in a similar combination. Allow it to rest for 3-4 hours.

3. Put oil in a container, heat it, and broil onions till they become brilliant brown.

4. Presently, to this add the marinated chicken and cook the whole combination for 10 minutes.
