Olive oil, 1/2 tbsp

1 peeled and coarsely chopped onion

one 500g package Brisket of beef Mince 15% fat

1 teaspoon of dried mixed herbs

1 beaten egg

4 mature Cheddar slices (optional)

4 white rolls

a few broken, spherical lettuce leaves

1 beef tomato, sliced   

served with ketchup (optional)

How To Make Beef Burger At Home | Step-By-Step

STEP 1: In a frying pan with the olive oil hot, add the onion and cook for 5 minutes, or until it softens and begins to become golden. Place aside.

STEP 2: Combine the egg, herbs, and beef mince in a bowl. Season, then include the onions. Form into four patties with your hands.

STEP 3: The burgers should be cooked for 5 to 6 minutes on each side on a hot grill or griddle. Place a slice of cheese on top while the second side is cooking so it can start to melt (if using).

STEP 4: In the meantime, grill the buns' sliced sides just a little bit. Add lettuce, hamburgers, and tomato slices to the container. If desired, serve with ketchup.
